Virgin Media work very closely with Virgin
Unite (Virgin's charitable arm) on it's
Re*Generation programme - giving a leg-up to socially excluded
young people and turning up the volume on the issues they face.
As part of the Re*Generation project, Virgin
Media has chosen The Foyer Federation as their charity for
2008. Foyer support more than 10,000 homeless 16 to 25
year-olds each year, giving them a chance to realise their full
potential. They enable young people at risk to escape the 'no
home-no job-no home' cycle by delivering a holistic service that
integrates accommodation with training, job search, personal

This year all teams will be donating their
sponsorship to Foyer - focussing on one charity will have a big
impact and make a huge difference to that charity.
We will also be making some special donations to Mountain Rescue
and other charitable groups who support us over the two days's of
the challenge.
Each team needs to set up a Just Giving
website to collect donations, you can create your own fundraising
page in around 5 minutes and once created you can share your page
with friends, familly & colleagues and start collecting
donations and pledges online. Remember to email the link via
the Contact Us form and we'll add your link to this
page.
Money is transferred automatically into the
Foyer's bank account - you don't need to chase any cash or
cheques. Additionally 28% in Gift Aid is reclaimed
automatically.
