Joe McQueen was appointed Director of Customer Services
and Operations of the Business Division of ntl:Telewest in June
2007. He joined ntl:Telewest as Head of Business Provide from Cable
and Wireless where he had been Director of Global Provisioning. His
responsibilities at ntl:Telewest Business include customer service,
service management, provisioning, customer project management and
service assurance in the UK business market.
Joe has had a range of senior positions in the
telecommunications sector over the past 17 years. He started in the
telecommunications market in 1990 with Mercury Communications
(which later became Cable and Wireless Plc) where he spent 15 years
with the company holding numerous positions in project and
programme management, service management, business development and
finally as Director of Global Provisioning.

Personal info
Joe started his career in the Royal Navy, where he spent 12
years' training as a Radio Engineer. On leaving the Navy, he moved
into the telecommunications market and broadband provisioning in
1990.
